| On 5th December 2009 the Council of Khmelnytsky Region made a fraternal visit to the Personal Fraternity of the SFO in Staryi Ostropil. In the visits the Council met members of the entire Fraternity and got to know with its groups. The visitors also had the opportunity to meet with participants of the Franciscan School of Evangelization and to see the methods of the Personal Fraternity evangelic work. Having verified the records and the administration of goods of the Fraternity, the Region Council drew up a record of the fraternal visit, in which it pointed out affirmative facts in the life and activities of the Franciscans of Staryi Ostropil, such as the admission of new members and the dynamic apostolic activity.
