The Personal Fraternity of the SFO in Staryi Ostropil

From July, 31 to August, 10 2010 the convocation of the first course of the FSE held in Staryi Ostropil. Anatoli and Mila, a couple of the Secular Franciscans from Zhitomir, were responsible for it. More than 30 persons from Ukraine and Russia came in Ostropil. Some of them were at the School at first time.

Despite the small number of participants, a convocation was very busy and productive year. This year's freshmen, both older and younger generation, were very active. They shared willingly what the Lord opened to them during conferences, prayers, sketches. For most of them it was a great testimony of the servants and assistants' ministry at the School, and the Franciscan spirit of brotherhood and  sociability. But the most important event for many people was a discovering of Jesus' love and the true face of God the Father who delivers from the spiritual slavery to sin and gives new life of the true God's children. All the participants wanted to answer the call of Jesus to become His disciple, to take his mentality, change lives and follow Him.
